The Chaucer League AGM takes place in January at Pit Farm Tennis Club. The date will be announced in the autumn. Any club wishing to enter a new team for the following season should notify the league secretary by 1st November at the latest.
The AGM agenda, previous minutes, league details etc. are circulated to all the clubs’ representatives in December.
